Trillion is a very young startup founded in 2025, in strong growth with already ~€1M in guaranteed revenue for 2026. Our mission is to design robotic arms and data collection devices for robotics.

Our vision is that physical AI will enable a complete revolution—soon we will have millions of robots capable of performing complex manual tasks with great dexterity. Our plan is to build the capacity to manufacture these robots sovereignly at industrial scale, in time for when AI has sufficient capabilities to make them useful and indispensable.

We have already designed, produced and sold nearly a hundred units of our first product. Our team includes one of the world's leading experts in physical AI, as well as a talented mechatronics engineer.

We are looking for a mechatronics expert to help us in this endeavor.

The role

You will design new devices and robotics systems, and manufacture and assemble the prototypes.

What we're looking for

• • Passion for mechanical design and the maker world.
• • Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 and 3D printing.
• • A portfolio of personal projects.
• • Knowledge or curiosity about CNC, molding, thermoforming.
• • Willingness to move fast without seeking perfection or rigid processes.
• • Ability to find practical and creative solutions to engineering problems.

We are looking for a sales profile to help us in this endeavor.

The role

We are looking for a sales profile to develop our presence in the American market. You will sell Trillion UMI's robotics data collection solutions to research labs, companies, and teams building physical AI in the US.

You should have a strong understanding of American culture and business practices to build trust and close deals effectively in the US market.

What we're looking for

• • Strong understanding of American culture and business practices.
• • Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• • Ability to build relationships and close deals with research labs and companies.
• • Interest or experience in robotics, AI, or deep tech is a plus.
• • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely or from Paris.

Compensation & benefits

On top of a fixed salary, 15% of sales are paid as a bonus, so your upside grows with your results.

The role

You will own the operational backbone of a fast-paced robotics startup: dealing with suppliers, customs, admin, tax, and HR so the team can focus on product and growth.

We need someone organized, proactive, and comfortable in a lean environment where priorities shift quickly.

What we're looking for

• • Proactive and able to own processes end-to-end.
• • Comfortable in a lean, fast-changing environment.
• • Experience with procurement, suppliers, and/or logistics is appreciated is appreciated.
